When we choose to see stress as enhancing, it becomes a tool for growth. We’re not saying stress is easy or fun, but when we embrace it and reframe it, stress can become a resource. It can push us to achieve things we might have never thought possible. The difference is all in how we see it.

So, as you go through this week, I challenge you to practice these steps. Start small. Shift your mindset, breathe, and remind yourself that stress isn’t always a bad thing. It’s there to help us grow, to challenge us, and yes, even to help us thrive.
