Having struggled with an eating disorder, anxiety, Daddy issues, mommy issues, and everything in between, I feel empowered and strong enough to help people who are going through the same things. Self Worth and Compliance with Stacy "Bama" Burr
Stacy "Bama" Burr began powerlifting in the fall of 2014 and never looked back. Stacy is currently the All-Time World Record holder in the 148 class across the board in both sleeves and wraps. Her 1435-pound total at 148 gave her an astounding 668 Wilks, which ranks her as the number one powerlifter in the world.
In November 2022, she placed 3rd at NPC Nationals in Women's Physique. There's nothing this athlete can't do. On today's episode, we talk about confidence, compliance, competency, and mental health!
She also is the Head coach at @bamabricksquadtraining.
